1-1 Coaching
I offer 1-to-1 coaching to lawyers and professionals.
As a former BigLaw lawyer, I know this world from the inside — the pressures, the identity that comes with the role, and what it costs to perform at that level over time. I am not going to tell you anything you haven't already thought about. But I can help you see it more clearly, and do something about it.
I can support you if:
- you are generally content in your job but looking for tools to make it more sustainable and satisfying,
- you want to find more balance in your life and make time for the other things that matter,
- you sense that something needs to change — but aren't quite sure what, or how,
- you are struggling to find meaning or are finding yourself reaching burnout.
Through a mixture of reflection, body-based practices and pointed questions, we will explore whatever is most alive for you — burnout, lack of purpose, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or simply the quiet feeling that there must be more to life than this.
This is not about quick fixes. It is about learning to trust your own instincts, make conscious choices, and show up more fully in your work and your life.
My only requirement is your commitment to doing the work between sessions.
